EstateGlobal network
Privacy & site terms
Applies to EstateGlobal and the 12 jurisdiction guides in its network. Last updated 10 September 2026.
Your planning choices
The planner processes your chosen goal, jurisdiction, and checklist in your browser. It does not ask for financial values or identifying details and does not submit these choices to an application database. “Save on this device” stores them in this browser until you remove the saved plan or clear browser data. They do not automatically sync across domains.
Enquiries
The enquiry link opens your email application with a brief that you can edit. Only sending that email delivers it to the affiliated team at hello@exitglobal.app. Your email provider and the recipient’s provider process the message. Do not include sensitive documents in an initial enquiry. Contact the same address for privacy questions or requests about an enquiry.
Hosting and third parties
The public site is hosted on Vercel, which may process connection and security logs. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts. We do not add advertising trackers or sell planner answers. Follow the relevant provider’s privacy terms when using their services. External official references operate their own websites.
Information, not an engagement
These pages are general planning information, not legal, tax, financial, investment, or fiduciary advice. The checklist does not determine suitability and does not create a trust, foundation, adviser-client relationship, or engagement. Obtain advice from appropriately qualified providers in all relevant jurisdictions before acting.
No guaranteed outcomes
We do not promise tax savings, asset protection, secrecy, timing, formation approval, or recognition in another country. Laws and practice change. Official references are starting points, not confirmation that a proposed structure complies with current requirements. Existing creditor rights, court orders, reporting duties, and other obligations must be respected.
Separate service scope
Any advice, formation, trustee, foundation, investment, or administration work requires a separate written scope and fee agreement. The network is independent of the public authorities and providers linked from it.
